Procedures and Rules for Hosting a PLBC sanctioned event:
  1. A request must be submitted in writing to the PLBC Board no less than 2 months prior to the event and include, the reason for the event, the benefit to the community, time,place, funds required and what these funds will provide. All receipts must be given to the Treasurer in addition to any unused funds as soon as the event is over. The amount given for the Event will be determined by the Board.
  2. The event will be a family type event and no alcohol of any sort will ever be sanctioned.
  3. There is only $1500.00 that is approved per year in the budget, so there will only be 4 or 5 events possible.
  4. These will not be events about the workings of PLBC(that will take place at our Membership Meeting). They will be fun familt events that promote a friendly community to live in.
  5. They are for Palmer Lake Residents only.
  6. As of now we have the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Party, and the Annual PLBC Picnic.
  7. All events will be hosted on Community Common Grounds such as the north or south beaches.
