Dear Palmer Lake Residents, I wanted to post this message in response to the posted flyers and an email sent to palmerlakebeachclub.com. The email is posted below: "Do to the fact that no member at the OCT. membership meeting talk about a fence. you have no right to try to fence off the community property. This is also the same group of hateful nasty drama queens who think the rest of us do not have the right to use the lake. This is why we we'll disband the beach club by a community vote and we'll win because: the Palmer lake beach club has more members who wish to end the drama queen club then wish to take part in what is known as all over the as the Rotten Neighbors Club. So we'll see you at the meeting so we can end this group of rotten neighbor" I'm deeply saddened by the fact that this particular party thinks of our community as "Rotten Neighbors". I spoke with most of my neighbors and are good people as I'm sure most all that live in our community are. We all have our faults and I'm not here to judge them or any of my neighbors. What we need is to end this senseless bickering. Weather your for or against the fence issue there's no reason for the immature comments. We need to have a calm and constructive discussion on the matter. I read the letter form the Board and no where did it say there was going to be a vote on the fence issue. It was merely discussed among the Board members. " Jeff (President) got bids from Kiwi Fencing in reference to last meeting which we discussed getting the north beach and south beach fenced in for security reasons." Fencing of the community areas has both its pro and cons. I don't believe the PLBC Board is trying to limit the access to the community areas. I believe there are issues at the common areas that need to be addressed. The fence is just and a possible option. Responses welcomed and will be posted if requested Tom Mose PLBC Member
