What is the Palmer Lake Beach Club?Plamer Lake Beach Club is an Homeowners Association. The definition below has
been taken from the Washington State Website. "Homeowners' association" or
"association" means a corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal
entity, each member of which is an owner of residential real property located
within the association's jurisdiction, as described in the governing documents,
and by virtue of membership or ownership of property is obligated to pay real
property taxes, insurance premiums, maintenance costs, or for improvement of
real property other than that which is owned by the member. "Homeowners'
association" does not mean an association created under chapter
64.32 or 64.34
RCW.
(2) "Governing documents" means the articles of incorporation, bylaws, plat,
declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, rules and regulations
of the association, or other written instrument by which the association has
the authority to exercise any of the powers provided for in this chapter or to
manage, maintain, or otherwise affect the property under its jurisdiction.
(3) "Board of directors" or "board" means the body, regardless of name, with
primary authority to manage the affairs of the association.
(4) "Common areas" means property owned, or otherwise maintained, repaired or
administered by the association.
(5) "Common expense" means the costs incurred by the association to exercise
any of the powers provided for in this chapter.
(6) "Residential real property" means any real property, the use of which is
limited by law, covenant or otherwise to primarily residential or recreational
purposes.

The Palmer Lake Beach Club or PLIC is a neighborhood organization involved with upcoming events, projects and concerns, and to pass on information to help make our community a safe place to live and raise children. Plan projects and events for the benefit of the community. Work with the Citzens Against Crime and the Palmer Lake Beach Club Executive Board as needed. Meeting are held monthly call 884-4464 for location.
All Palmer Lake Beach Club Members are welcomed and encouraged to become more involved within our community. Simply call our PLBC number at 884-1414 or come to our scheduled PLBC monthly board meetings at the Home Fire Station. The Board meeting is every fourth Monday of the month excluding holidays.
The Common areas are for PLBC members and guests only. In order for guests to
have acesss to PLBC facilities the member must be in good standing with PLBC
By-Laws and Declarations.
The following is taken directly from our PLBC Declarations; There shall be one
membership in the Club for each lot of each plat. Each membership for a lot
shall be appurtenant to the title and shall be transferable only as part of the
transfer of the title to the lot. Each such membership shall entitle the owners
of the lot, the residents thereon and their families to enjoy the facilities of
the Club, subject to the rules, regulations and payments as may now or
hereafter be established by the Club, which rules, regulations and payments
shall apply equally to all memberships. Nothing herein shall preclude the Club
from making its facilities and memberships available to such others as it deems
advisable.
